5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD is available for eligible pin codes in India.
• Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• The courier partner may contact you before attempting delivery.

6. Undelivered Orders

• If delivery is attempted but not completed due to reasons such as:
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer not available at the time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery
• The order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, or a refund will be processed (after deducting logistics costs).
